Ayden Middle School Behavioral Consequences for Teacher-Controlled Situations 1. Verbal Warning – redirect and teach appropriate behavior. 2. Student Conference 3. Silent Lunch (core teachers)/ removal from activity (exploratory) and/or parent contact. This is for those infractions that occur after lunch. Otherwise a parent contact should be made for all step 3 infractions. 4. Chill-out – Students will be sent to chill-out for inappropriate behavior for the remainder of the block you have that student. If the infraction occurs during the last 15min of the block send Mrs. McKesson an email explaining the student didn’t have enough time to serve and she will assign after school detention. 5.
